Once again, we are having one of our most loved contests - the "BEST DRESSED PET" Bring your pet dressed for the occasion! We love for our pet owners to be included in the festivities.
Your pet will be judged on Creativity (40%) Uniqueness (30%) and adherence to the Parade Theme (30%)
