The winning theme for the 2024 parade, "Halloween Around the World", was submitted by Cora Mitchell of Centralia. Members of the Parade committee showed up at Cora's class in Schiller School to present her and her classmates with a pizza party. Cora will be honored at the 97th annual parade on October 26th, 2024.
